Higher management refused to pay salary of last working month. I was ill with typhoid accordingly I submitted my medical reports to higher management. Their response was shocking. They said "we don't know whether you were in organisation or not. Although you were ill with typhoid we don't care about that. You were unavailable for work so we can not pay for the last month you have worked. You have taken medical leave for more that 3 days (my question does typhoid gets recovered in one day?) so as per company policy we can't pay your last month's salary"

To be honest, there isn't anything good to say. And about COVID-19 support, they itself are no less than COVID-19. They provided no support to any of the employee, instead laid off everyone even before the impact of recession began to rise. They loaded they left over employees with too much work during work from days and this is still continued.

Dislikes

Everything. Be it professional growth or organizational culture, everything is poor about the firm.
