It's the most horrible place one can ever land up.. they never want to see the employee happy. They intervien in personal life a lot.. they give you taunts based on your personal life choices, can't afford to give Cooler nor AC to employees. Mr and Miss solanki just want to earn.. they false portray themselves to in front of people as a big brand.. but the reality is they are hollow to the core. Every client and employee who has been a part of Frigus hated it.. you can check with all the current or past employees they all hate this place and pathetic management by the idiotic couple. The wife is simply dumb with no brains at all. She unnecessary interviens in employee lives and try to interfere in personal decisions as well. She has no knowledge, no experience, no skills . Just married a business men who is going ahead doing fraud with employees and clients. This company and this couple won't last much as it's not running it's business but fraud.

Dislikes

Every one is dislikable in this company. Just the IT department team lead and the team there were friendly and treated me as human ..rest were pathetic especially the wife.. her voice still haunts me and makes me puke 🤮
