No job security, not satisfiable salary, managers do not value an individual's unique strength, which is whybi have to take back my suggestions most of the times, there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks had to guide me step by step and that was very frustrating

Dislikes

The culture is not very developing. All work is done considering that today is the last day, no thoughts are given for tomorrow. No motivation, people’s are full of sarcasm and everybody is busy pulling others legs.
