Lack of Opportunities and Growth due to Community based discrimination and Gender based discrimination. Only Male candidates that too belonging to their Community can get Higher designation, Growth. Ambitious and Dynamic candidate should avoid joining here bcz you will not be able to cope up with your expectations.
