Compensation is decent.but work is not satisfying, like i have 2 mm of tolerance, no critical parameters,only aesthetic parameters, like scratches or rust ,product is of C level, working here is like isolating yourself from real engineering

Freudenberg have really great culture, people are very professional, you can get to explore your own skill, ownership of ur work. Management respect each and every employee. I like working here.

Being a sales person given authority and non dependency is very good, exposure to ERP system and stream lined process.

Under payment is the downside, every year responsibilities increases but increment is not proportional.

This is German MNC just for name, very few skilled/experienced and educated people work here, entire production team is non technical , even if you are any department workload will be tremendous cause there is previous set system here and also very few skilled people, I regret my decision to join here

500 head count which is 10th pass and around 40 people from staff around 20 from them are non technical background, so imagine the workload on those 20 skilled people, even if you manpower you can't use it ,it is not skilled nor educated, they just can't understand
