The salary was too low the extra cover of the boundary is not well bounded in the ground in the face of the boundary in the pace

for freshers it is good experience, to learn new things. You can explore your self with hard work. Freedom of work hard. Good colleagues. Performance base increment. Management give guidence in work.

Dislikes

You can't balance between Work and life balance. Personal life get difficult. No leaves and leaves not carried forward even PL. No facilities given to employees. No HR policies. No pramotion and appraisal.

They fired me. They rejected my offer letter after calling me to nashik from delhi. And that too they informed after 2 months after lockdown. They donot answer to calls or messages. No financial help was given for these 3 months in the lockdown.

No induction No Job security Hires only for seasonal work No response or lack of help from upper management

i dont think people do like working in Freshtrop.

I think company has a brand name in business and quality,but lack with employee culture,no job security,monopoly with existing managers,no proper growth,you have to do work which doesn't suits your qualification and experience.Increments and incentives are based on worshiping your managers not on performance.you have to work continue for 6 months without weekly off,after that company may terminate you without any notification.this opinion is of not my alone,many good people are been frustrated with such environment.
