I worked few years before in this company. Past 1 year i tried to transfer my epf. But, i can't transfer due to HR department not submitted the form 3A. Regarding this If i am asking they are not respond properly. Especially Mr. Sudharsan i tried more than 60times i called him. His simply rejected my calls. I am really hurt due to his attitude. Finally, Hr one person Ms. Bhargavi said, I can go to check PF office my self. As per PF issue HR department only find the problem and inform to employees. But here totally differene. They Can't find the problem and Can't find the solution. Very worst HR management.

1. Hierarchy is not being followed, no has any idea who is reporting to whom. 2. Stream lining of operations and process are not upto mark. 3. Need to have close monitoring of entire operation, even if you missed few stores for 2-3days it will be a mess.

Plz Dont join this company as they will get u work for more than 18 hrs in a day. U will get mentally ill. I have to get up early in the morning at 4 Am & do the stock receving and had to close office at night 10 PM
