Nothing is good. They claim to be an MNc but they run company like a shop or distributor. No job security, pressure in field, no spares provided by company, engineers are forced to work on every holidays in-lieu of 600 Rs. allowance. Company is totally sales dominant. No one there to listen about services/customers and their issues. Major focus remains on beans sale. Some wrong zonal managers are in company who manipulate management and take the credit of every thing no matter who actually did the job. Appraisal is between 5-9% and they didnt gave any appraisal in 2 years of covid. Service engineers..pls. stay out of this company.

They allow to think out of box and respect employee review on day to day working. They provide smooth working environment

Job security is zero, appraisal is for name sake, promotions will be given to only top management on regular basis not for regular employees

Employee like a servent to them HR department is pathetic, exists only no powers, bunch of unprofessional people, no carrier growth, salary and perks even less than the forth grade employee of govt.
