... a constant thought of loosing a job due to some unknown circumstances. Cons: 1. Imbalance in compensation: To summarize, donkey's are paid more than working horses. Even if those donkeys chose not to work they always stay ahead of you in getting increment/promotion. No one thinks about long term effects of this on company. 2. Person driven work methods: people some time have to work as per a single person no matter how silly it may be. Any system on work place is bent as per one man's wish. 3. Unbearable favoritism: well it may be common in most of the work places but here it's like on the hights of it as it is evident from day one. Completely ignoring company's goal for some personal favoritism doesn't take an MNC further towards goal. 4. Missing MNC culture: some time you feel the total absence of work place ethics. 5. Food : pathetic food makes your day worst. Get ready to cook you own meal to take it to work place. 6. Very little or no holidays : here people don't believe in keeping work life balance and achieving more productitvity. You will be a star if you don't take holidays . Week off are also some times gone. Forget the festivals and other stuff. And you own paid leaves or casual leaves seem like a hidden treasure as it's a tideaous task to get permission from management which makes plan to keep you in plant on public holidays and they themselves runaways two days before even the leave starts.
