There is nothing to like here.but sometimes a changes in manager can convince us to work longer .and same thing happens here also.right now manager is good to behave with me .so Still I am staying in this company.once the manager will behave badly ,,it will compel me switch to other organization.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
