Nothing as such, no career growth plan visible, the senior management for India has laid-back attitude and not interested to develop products for sales to sell, neither focus on customer retention. The customer service team escalation is the worst.

The company is open to changes. learned something new from the time I started freight systems Ind Pvt LTD.I love fact that I am a part of team that market reliable and hire challenging job for me.i like the employee

Competition is decent but growth is high but the work pressure is very high, I have to work 10-14 hrs straight in a day in the customer calls in the sometimes late in to the night I do receive appreciation emails from customer. Hence senior folks likes me have to hide them step by step

The company is well established in local market as well as around the globe and Also holds the major clients base in Ready Made Garments Industries and has potential business trade lanes to serve its client base efficiently with competitive rates in the market. This would be a better place for apprentices to gain a vast knowledge in this field.

Company is looking for all rounders and will have to engage in more tasks at a time. Employees will stick in one place for years to get a salary advancement or incentives as well as to get a appraisal from the management. Management is very strict on job responsibilities given to the employee and who fails will be extend his/her probation period until the employee assure the job has been done perfectly.
