Competition is decent but growth is high but the work pressure is very high, I have to work 10-14 hrs straight in a day in the customer calls in the sometimes late in to the night I do receive appreciation emails from customer. Hence senior folks likes me have to hide them step by step

Employees will stick in one place for years to get a salary advancement or incentives as well as to get a appraisal from the management.
