Its the wordt place to work, they will just use you to shuffle furniture in store every damn week and use for packing and make you like a labour literally, no skills development at all even if you are grad or pg holder they will make you labour, and and and the lady who thinks she can run team and business she is useless she does not know how to generate business she knows only set cutlery in display, PLEASE GUYS DONT MAKE A MISTAKE TO JOIN THIS COMPANY

Work pressure is less and Saturday Sunday is off. The team and cleaness and they treat employees very well like they give party for any event and festival also give treat for successful sell or collection go well. l It's a good that they engage each employee in everything and takes feedbacks and appreciate also.

Dislikes

The company has a very less patience to handle employees and they don't understand how to treat a senior employees. In terms of work they give lots of changes which sometimes takes 2-3 weeks. There is no feedback system on ur work they tell u to live if they don't satisfy from the work even ur collection got selected for production. They need something from u that they never give a idea what they want exactly and when u do ur work and research they will give u some reference to copy and make the design them then say u don't done anything impressive.
