...f you late only for 10 seconds they will treat like you did something blunder. You are getting very less salary so you can survive your life otherwise if you want to fulfill your smallest dream you'll never gonna fulfill that I'm this organisation.

Love the environment created by Mr. Deepak Chopra, everyone works towards one goal. Things are pretty easy going and politeness is never missed, respect and encouragement go hand in hand.

Dislikes

...ith the focus of the organisation in Rural setup there's little for urban staff. Salary wise, it's an NGO so it remains just average. No incentive or bonuses but you get good number of leaves.

I like the environment here. Though, politics is always a part of private jobs in terms of promotion, working hours for managers.

Dislikes

Salary is the biggest concern as the work which this organisation demands should be paid more. Additionally, no general facilities for employees and students. Even water is not provided. And, offline trainings for a week completely that too so far from your hometown and those trainings are also not so useful.

Good organisation, you are going to learn a lot from this organisation .

There is no job security, anytime they can say you to resign and according to contact they should give you 1month salary. If they say for resign....but when you ask for salary...they will say...you resign we have given you option to move outside from home town .

For freshers, this job gives them a glance of outside and professional work. They are paid well too.

Dislikes

FEA needs to respect work-life balance of the employees. Employees are overburdened under many responsibilities and comparatively the pay is low.
