Not at all its my mistake that i am taking training over there.

Management is not much good over there and there is no one who is taking responsibility of my salary and they traet me like animal i worked in IT department and also worked for accounts department.

Fraser suites (Now IIDL Suites) job security always depend on demand if demand is there you are secure otherwise people may put you into dark without any reason behind as its public sector undertaking company!! Some of the senior label officers are on pure government payroll but they never think about the staff working under IIDL suites as they are thoughtful about HO only, no government payroll is there on hotel label. Policy and processors are purely not practical !! If someone is following those policy and processors then nothing could be procured which am facing since last few years!!

Dislikes

Lack of knowledge about hotel industry on senior management label. People are passing their time and waiting for the closer or selling process of the property.

Its not the first company I work with coming from more advance Middle East Country moving to newly born environment gives me the pleasure to earn and save at the same time progress in career. Nevertheless reaching 6 Years with Frasers under siege Country develops the sense of growth.

Being team player all the dislikes difficulties, miscommunications helps new learning experiences and work-life improvements.

Sofar we are busy but only rooms and hotel dining is quwite busy becauce we have everything includ in room (mean apartment includ kitchen also thats what not much busyfor dining restuarent)
