...orstest company I ever worked. Please do not join this company for any cost. They won’t pay your incentives and salary not on time. They can terminate you anytime saying they are closing the position without even prior notice.

One the worst company to work. Never ever Join FranklinCovey Training. HR makes fake promises during joining and once you join they will show you their real face. 3 Years bond which is fake. I'll never recommend.

I don't like anything at all. It was a complete a waste of my time. You will find no motivation to work. No body will work except your senior manager. By the way no leads at all. School types work culture. Poor Compensations.

Worklife balance, the culture, In terms of Job security my rating would be 2 out of 10. Honest employees are not allowed freedom to blossom. There is a lot of favouritism within the company. There were 5 days in a week working but I was very frequently asked to report even on Saturdays as well.

Poor work-life balance. Managers/leaders do not recognize the potential of a person. There's a lot of bureaucracy and favouritism here which is a hindrance for a person's growth

You can join at your will but can leave only at their will. Your life will be made hell if you join any other company in the same domain. They will send defamation mails about you to their entire clients database. You will be forced to sign letters in the back date. Salary delays, declining of incentives even after achieving targets, changes in policies like basic pay reduction without any information, abusive language. Not recommended at all.
