... The company runs two mode of institutions 1st is main branch 2nd is franchises. So they will tell you in which mode of job will give it to you and the salary or other benefits give to you accordingly. I work there as a counselor however I felt the work were same for all of us if you are working as CSM, DMCA or other upper designation all are equal to work position doesn't matter there.

Infrastructure and Class arrangements are well maintained. All the class rooms aids are provided.

Trainers are treated unfairly when it comes to their rights, No proper hearing from top management, improper salary distribution to employees, also less support from the head office.

...ect over here. Both the owner brothers are the Maalik of this Lala type company. You won't get the last salary in full despite serving the full notice period. Overall if there would have been option of giving 0 stars to them, I would have given it to them. Those 5 star reviews are fake and provided by the company only.

Job security, Culture, Salary Frankfinn has nothing to like. I have never seen such company where they give you threats about spoiling your BGV. There is absolutely no job security. They work like some local cheap shop. Management is pathetic in terms of politics. Basically there is no point joining this firm and spoiling your career.
