Job security, Culture, Salary Frankfinn has nothing to like. I have never seen such company where they give you threats about spoiling your BGV. There is absolutely no job security. They work like some local cheap shop. Management is pathetic in terms of politics. Basically there is no point joining this firm and spoiling your career.

...in pregnancy and if you deny to do so.. they will ask you to resign immediately. And once you resign they hold your salary by telling you that you did not serve the notice period. Role of HR is zero only managers do what they want to do.. no work culture.

My Team leader was nice and I had good friends there. That's only thing I liked about Frankfinn.

1_Salary don't come on time 2_High work pressure 3_To be honest Hr teams wasn't supported 2 to 3 times my salary was hold. 4_They fire employee, if they don't call walk-ins. 5_If you don't complete your Target, they will not give you break. 6_If you don't make 10 appointment and call 2 walk-ins per day or you can say (2 people on seminar) you will have to work extra hours . 7_ When I went for interview. some organisation didn't accept my Frankfinn work experience. They said it's not BPO it's institute.

Every Thing, Toxic work culture, you will be abused on each and every hour. Hiring is continuously running every day, because once employees trapped in organisation they just wait for their 1st salary and also they may got, but if they got then they have get lots of abusing langauge on personal level and mental pressure, You can assume that Agent leave organisation frequently after 1st salary, Not a single outsiders TL, AM, Manager Senior Manager stay for their 2nf salary. Now above have a certain level of mental strength, But you can shock that AGM level employees who have maximum mental strength are not ready to stay for 1 month.... Here only one old AGM want to survive. For rest AGM he started manipulated the data and MIS report, because he controlled MIS Data and Report, He can increase his productivity and decrease others AGM productivity with the help of MIS person
