Everything, you will not get your salary in time even though you gave your best. It will be stuck for no reason. No promotion No appraisal No job security No management They don't know how to talk with employees. No work life balance If you are late for even one minute they will deduct half day salary Not a healthy company to work with.

Expected to be available 24/7, with frequent weekend work and late nights with no overtime compensation. * Management is completely incompetent.
