Every Thing, Toxic work culture, you will be abused on each and every hour. Hiring is continuously running every day, because once employees trapped in organisation they just wait for their 1st salary and also they may got, but if they got then they have get lots of abusing langauge on personal level and mental pressure, You can assume that Agent leave organisation frequently after 1st salary, Not a single outsiders TL, AM, Manager Senior Manager stay for their 2nf salary. Now above have a certain level of mental strength, But you can shock that AGM level employees who have maximum mental strength are not ready to stay for 1 month.... Here only one old AGM want to survive. For rest AGM he started manipulated the data and MIS report, because he controlled MIS Data and Report, He can increase his productivity and decrease others AGM productivity with the help of MIS person

According to Industry Standard they pay pretty well but then they know how to suck the life out of you. In house job, traveling to field not required.

Almost Everything. The Company runs on a Dictatorship mode, the root is rotten from CEO level. CEO abuses the Director and VP of the company. And the latter doesn't give any scope for you to learn anything. From the very beginning the target mode is on a daily basis. If numbers ( admission) are not happening then verbal abusing begins. They would go on to the extent of abusing your family without any shame. Ravi Sharma, the VP of the company does this so often. There is no hierarchy system at Branch level. Almost everyone would report to the Dictators sitting at HO who have no idea about what's going on the ground level but would still impose their impractical thinking. Politics is at immense level. The older employees would do their best to not give you any kind of learning during training period ( 4 days ). If you are Male don't ever think of joining coz you won't be able to cope up with the environment. Almost every email will give you threats of marking absent. Most of the Sundays they would call you to office without any comp offs.
