At the time of joining you are told that they will give training but they don't give any training you have to learn the things yourself

Work timing is good. Being in a private company employees can reach home before evening! Praise from School Principals boosts inner self.

HR policies doesn't exist. Issues in the Hierarchy. No salary increment at all. Salary is disbursed after 12-15 days. Very Poor management.

HR department are ver poor won't get salary on time and won't get PF number always delay it's been my 4 months for asking my PF number till now didn't get very much disappointed by this behaviour of company

There is nothing good about Franciscan solution this company is doomed. The company doesn't pay to their employees for months.

Low salary that too is also not given in time for months, some days you have to work for 12-14 hrs a day,managers are terrible you have to keep on make the manager happy by doing their work like giving your bike keys too the manager and forget about the petrol after that..managers co employees all are terrible.
