People expect you to work like a donkey and still you are not appreciated. I saw people being randomly fired for no fault of theirs. This is not a good work environment.

Sir, Recently my wife among 4th month(Last April to till now month) she is very seak for ghynology dept.(Anndomisis)fiber. So, I am very upset, no consider our office (no anything support) ..

Getting recruited is easy since there are not a lot of talented people left in the organization.

Top management can throw you out at their whims and fancies, even if you perform well. No one really knows how much orders there are / what is the vision of the company and all people do is put blame on each other and let go of the junior people when they smell first signs of trouble.
