They had taken work return back from us in lockdown without thinking what will we do so on this basis very insupportable & insensitive they were.

...ent was worse so no such scope of growth. Work life was unhappy & dissapointing. Salary deduction without valid reason so job security was zero. Politics is everywhere just need understand and cope with it. Training is just a term name sake even interns were not getting training. Innovation is just impossible to implement. Overall management was fail to run things in the firm. My first internship experience with this firm was worst. Ty.

I had a negative experience working with this company. The owner assigns excessive workloads that are unrealistic to complete within the given timeframe and sets unachievable expectations. Furthermore, payments have been delayed for over two months, and communication regarding this issue has been ignored. It’s disappointing and has caused significant distress. The company is fake, and the owner is a cheater. He has caused a lot of mental harassment.

I am proud to work for Franchise Alpha, because it gives me the chance to become a part of the dynamic and professional team. Although working in the filed and always having deadline can be stressful , everyday provides an opportunity to learn and do new things. It's a place where team work and skills are encouraged and highly valued.

They treat you like a person not an employee, no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. The office environment is fund and expansive.

No work life balance. They have false polices to attract you and on later stage they just play games with you. Talk bad about client behind their back. No professionalism.
