They had taken work return back from us in lockdown without thinking what will we do so on this basis very insupportable & insensitive they were.

Seniors used to talk harshly, treated badly, high pressure was impacting work balance. Teammates were good but I was not there for long time. Work environment was worse so no such scope of growth. Work life was unhappy & dissapointing. Salary deduction without valid reason so job security was zero. Politics is everywhere just need understand and cope with it.
