The amount of talent that the people working in the studio is really good. There is a lot to learn from the employees here who have come here from all walks of life.

My stint at Fractal Picture had its challenges, notably a poor work-life balance and a disconnect between experienced colleagues and those with fewer years under their belts. job security felt uncertain, and the focus on assigned tasks overshadowed personal skill growth, I'd advise caution for junior applicants seeking admiration, as the company may not be conducive to their development.
