The company has been really supportive in time of global pandemic. It is open to adopting to latest technology and motivates its employee to learn new tech always by partnering and rolling out free access to global leaders in skill enhancement platforms. The tasty and free food when in office is something everyone would love. Most managers are easy to work with and the top leadership of the company is really grounded and always open to hear the employees out and tries to solve any questions or grievances they may have. If you are beginning your career this company is a good to start with. You get to learn a lot as a fresher.

Compensation needs to improve as the salary is less compared to the market standards. They hire people giving a decent hike but does not extend the same benefits to the current employees(I suppose this is common across this industry, although don't understand the 'why' behind such actions!). The work-life balance was hit seriously ever since the pandemic began. The managers need to be more involved in guiding and conducting regular one-one-ones to discuss on what interests their reportee's and give proper feedbacks on their work. It should always be remembered: growth of the organization is measured using the growth of each individual working for the organization.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Good Compensation. Depends on your negotiation skills

Dislikes

Work Life Balance is not good. Working fot 13-15 hours is like a norm here. Some people are very old in this organisation and having startup mentality and regressive attitude. May be they are frustrated that they couldn't make to different org. Some people from Infosys, TCS and other similar consulting firms have come who often are trying to pollute the environment. Too much focus on LGBTQ community to get into race of best places to work. Recently they have started to give quota kind of thing to LGBTQ community. It is like community over performance and becoming like reservations in government
