Good place to Work Salary and Benefits also good Work culture is ok. If your performance is good then you'll be promoted to upper level . So promotional is also a good part .

Timings - office timings are ok but work timings isn't suitable for everyone. Security - If your performance is good then all good but if not then there have a question of your job ...

Good working condition and for emergency it will be helpful and fr8 is useful for vehicle partner

Promotions / Appraisal worst and we r working for incentive and salary but in that they have given less incentive per vehicle and more over payment very worst condition dint even follow properly and commission is very high compare to other transport company. Benefits for company only Not for employees 😔 And more over company should consider to discuss with employees For updates

I really like so many things in fr8 like we can learn lots of knowledge in traffic side and also learn in customer side . Some times issue come big means fr8 senior staff involved directly and helping that issue really good responsibilities persons .

Working time and low salary. If vacancies available urgently means taking unmatured guys to office they or not able to any things only creating issues some times behaving worst to senior staffs . Chennai office very months changing new rules that is disappointment head office . Head office checking truck owner side and customers side if any issues going very fastly clearing that issue. But if fr8 employees suffered means ? ? And one important thing every branches must visit any Chennai senior staff and ask staffs or ok or not motivate him visit monthly one time . Don't give promotions to seeing reports and number check who handles problems without any ones support. Who attended every single calls without any failure. Who solved problems late night etc only give to him . Kindly check this matters seriously.

It's a start-up company there is a huge room for learning and grooming, you have a experienced heads to lead you to a good path on your career.. You may not get a proper work life balance but you can learn things a lot.. Best workplace in the city.

Everything in fr8 is amazing Staaf is supportive, Seniors are supportive and helpful, Work-life balance is Amazing, Promotion and increment is also good They give importance to their employees and also take care of them Every year they plan trips for their employees. Seniors always stand with their employees and help and support them whenever they need They also give timely promotions you don't need to wait for many years of you do hardwork and you are capable you can even get promotion within a year I personally like every single thing about fr8. Best company.

Nothing, but specially in my work there is no learning that can be only and only single issue if in future i leave this company Otherwise i can't ever think of that to leave this company
