No Work-Life Balance: Expect to work beyond your shift without appreciation. Weekends? Forget about them. Toxic Management: Upper management lacks empathy, transparency, and any understanding of how to lead a team. Micromanagement at its peak. Zero Growth Opportunities: No training, no feedback, no career development. You'll do the same work over and over with no promotion in sight. Disorganized Projects: No proper documentation, planning, or communication. You're expected to clean up messes without context. Blame Culture: If something goes wrong, expect fingers pointed at you - even if you weren't involved. If you value your mental peace, skill development, or future - stay far away for FPLE Technology.

...entorship, and chance for advancement. It felt like a dead-end job from day one. Unrealistic Expectations: You're expected to work overtime with no compensation or recognition. They constantly pushed for output without caring about quality or employee well-being. Poor Communication: Managers barely communicated expectations clearly. Changes would happen last minute, and developers were left to figure things out on their own. No Respect for Employees: Employees were treated as dispensable. Feedback was never taken seriously, and achievements were never appreciated.
