Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Working in a nice infrastructure seems gud.

Dislikes

...ee n flexible atmosphere to do sales. Getting week off is so difficult with pay. Salary is horrible and in that they make us to work on field without issuing any petrol allowances. Mysterious incentives...they tell about incentives which not even 0.01% for employees but they deduct incentives tat too by anyway. Seems very useless to be with this organisation. High politics by managers n team leaders. No professional atmosphere inside. They itself updating 5 star fake customer reviews on google. Those who have zero self respect and dignity,they can work here and they are only working here.
