Need to change canteen and transport facility. Need to give Bonus for employees. Incentive and increment need to give on time. Need to give Commen holidays for all the employees. Need to give government holidays leave for all the employees. Need to give OT for all the shop floor employees

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...hey simply roaming only in shopfloor. No proper controlled documentation. etc no proper allowvance, salary and monthly they debit min 600 for silly reasons.. no leave facility.. medium possibilities.

Full politics / slavery .. they took this org from opposite to Nokia.

Foxconn allow its every employee to upgrade their skills and grow along with organization. Has involved in so many administrational and cultural activities other than manufacturing.

Cab facility is good, salary is given on time, there are allowances like shift , rent, medical etc , no pressure of work,

No promotion system and no qualification based post ...all qualification worked at same post and at same salary
