Friendly co-workers and supports...comfortable place for women and safety.

Dislikes

Work all are good... but food is average taste and salary was not suitable for the work satation. Grads and non-grads doing the same job is a little sad.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...hey simply roaming only in shopfloor. No proper controlled documentation. etc no proper allowvance, salary and monthly they debit min 600 for silly reasons.. no leave facility.. medium possibilities.

Full politics / slavery .. they took this org from opposite to Nokia.
