I have been using working for this Organisation for more than 1 Years, Never faced any issues regarding work life balance, job security, excessive use work Pressure or any kind of financial issues. All the management staff and colleagues and are treating everyone as a joint family.

Dislikes

There's a policy in which, engineer needs to pay for their allowances first and then get it back by claiming it. Claiming the allowances and getting the refund takes a long time.

The company is never a pressure vessel and has its own ethics. It's a growing company, it may pay averagely as per industry standard but there is Good work life and family life balance.

Need to improve on remuneration as per industry standard.

...d place for mediocre minded people.but not for ambitious and talented personnel.compensation is average and below average,YOY increments in compensation package is extremely low. A good place for the ones who want to survive,but not for winners.

Company is good with ample scope to work but higher management works on personal likes ,dislikes & appeasement not giving due weightage to performance & skills

Success and growth is dependant on highest Management -MD 's personal likes & dislikes not on someone's competency or delivered value
