Working culture not good ,no learning opportunities ,old machines ,salary not on time ,no standard procedure in work , decision making not so good ,no ethics & corporate governance ,PF not deposited in govt it's trust ,PF withdraw process is too late,poor management ,objectives not inline with vision ,HR policies not good salary deductions without intimation to candidate ,leave management is not good.

Family run caring business, looked after individual growth and developement and helped employees to move in their carrier.

No increment after 2015 Bonus LTA not paid after 2018 Salaries not paid from April 2020 (19 month now) FFS ,PF, Gratuity not settled who left

Good Company for Freshers, You will learn Good Industrial knowledge But very very low Compensation compared with other companies.

Dislikes

Poor responses for newly joined interns, Main thing is very low Stipend through out carrer and Less promotions. Even PF amount in not in our hand.

In fouress work freedom is plus point.but in certain level limitation for advance technology in production process.also salary and manual increment problem.work environment is very good.working hour is fixed no more staying .

...ion.irregular annual increments, in advance technology implementation very poor.salary is less compare to other.

There is lot of learning and u can as a person increase your knowledge and u can become your best in what you are doing

No job security,it is heir and fire and people who are doing well in their job do not come to this organisation .As there is issue of salary payment on time and increment and appraisal is not given yearly
