It's a awesome work place I have go through in my career so far. Bonus and salary increment is wow.. But unfortunately due to pandemic periods I have been laid off from job.

I have zero dislikes if I get another opportunity to get hire back ..definitely I'll join there.

I love to work with Four points Marriott as a company working culture is always great.

In 2020 Company needs to take care of their employees but unfortunately Company fired their 50% staff to save Company cost and they cut 30%salary of remaining employees ... But same some Indian company like Tata they paid their employees 100% salary during lockdown.

I Joined there as a Fresher, So from my point of view this property is very good for the freshers, the promotions I would say is Very slow as some of the positions are not primarily available there so don't hope for the simultaneous growth, staff are extremely helpful, as well as the managers in there are very nice, tracings provided there are are nice when in pconcern about knowledge regarding practices going on in the industry. The working hours are very much, compare to other hotels nearly used to work for 11-12 hours every day,. But overall would recommend to work, as it is an nice property.

Constant change in the schedule, Elongated working hours with concern to the pay they provide, and I would say that Their practice in less labour in each team which effects the employee as his saturation point is overloaded.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts lates technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result. I get to travel aboard, especially to the Canada.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. But growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
