There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Delay in payments but that is not a major issue as the management is transparent in explaining and accepting thing to employees

The non profit firm FIND is an international NGO that is working with different Government bodies focussing of Healthcare. FIND greatly adds up huge benefits to the patient care and facilitates set up of laboratories, supply of consumables, new instruments and even HR support. I was a part of this Supported HR who was placed in West Bengal particularly for a Govt Medical College. It was purely on Contract basis and served my level best during my tenure. However, those who are into core FIND organization, they have a good job security compared to those working as support HR. Speaking about Work culture, the people involved within FIND team are so nice and very cooperative. All that matters is work and purely professional. I experienced such great persons within FIND team and enjoyed working with them. The company has imparted onsite and offsite trainings to majority of FIND staff. Also developped interpersonal skills. Working with FIND is really a great opportunity. Some of my great mentors were Dr Rahul Thakur, Dr Debdutta Parija, Mr Ramesh Mahadevan, Dr Aradhna Chauhan, Dr Lognath Prabakaran with whom I have worked directly. They were very friendly and cooperative. I had the best of best experiences with these people. Never the less, from Govt organosation, Dr Arunabha Sarkar from North Bengal Medical College, Siliguri, also Dr Brojo Kishore Saha, lead Director of State TB program, West Bengal and my senior colleague Mr Somtirtha Ganguly, were very cooperative and understanding.

Dislikes

FIND is a capable and great organisation and very polite to their workers. They are reasonable and very cooperative. However, i feel, there should be some scope for certain staff in their firm after the end of contract and should have provision for getting absorbed within the system. No doubt FIND tried for us in a great way to involve support HR into the State Govt jobs, but the State Govt of West Bengal did not accept us and our team to support their staff. The state Govt appointed some DMLTs as LTs and SLTs, and Medicos in place of MS/ PhDs as Microbiologist as per their internal policy leaving the FIND supported team to become jobless. So in view of all these situation, i feel FIND should have some extra space to provide some support to such categories of Staff n try to involve them within new projects or work opportunities.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts letest technology with poverty disease like TB, hapatities i love the fact I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality product use for lab I get travel abroad specially for sites visits but on site visit completely depend on our running Find project and But not Hazel says that I trained from our boss & my colleague he very serious related to work for committed time. I am handling 24sites to all North & East And proper manage to store/hub with the monthly activities. Like Despatches follows with tracking agencies and maintain all documentation related bill and maintain to related shipment documents.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow the work pressure is hight but there were manage and there were no training facilat to attand skills dovelopement.
