Work culture is good, wherein the process is completely standardized. Happy with the company policies benefits, Team bonding is very good. Love to work as a Fossil employee.

Dislikes

...o good. Not sure how secure our job is. We get to learn new things process-wise. Transportation should not be deducted from our salary. There should be some flexibility in work-life balance - providing work from home for whom it is necessary.

The best thing about Fossil is your RO counterparts and the kind of skill set they possess and work to sharing the same with you, which goes a long way in improving your skill set.

...that it is not part of our policy when you reach out to them for any assistance. So compensation wise it is not a good organization to go for

Likes

It was a great experience working with fossil and got lot to learn. And in the pandamic time it was a great support from the company to staffs in terms of salary and other benefits, other companies were they removing their staffs from jobs fossil's holds the hands of staff and showed job security. Last but not the least thanks alot.

Dislikes

The only dislike in working with fossil group is growth in career and specially in being concession sales staff, after team leader there are no growth or promotion in the company.

Only the fun activities during festivals.

...gers who don't know how to manage a team. 2. Biased when distributing awards. 3. Salary hike is 2-3% 4. No canteen 5. Transporttation charges are there for pick up and drop of employees. 6. Lot of groupism and politics. 7. Too much micro management from manager.

... in giving more work and dumping others work on a person who is good at doing. Ensures that employee does not get work life balance and no appreciation and no HIKE

Dislikes

The company works on excels and have no idea about automation and reducing manual work. No stable decision and the instructions given from top management are not clear in planning team.
