Top management people more inclined towards sales function. Secondary treatment for other functions. No scope future career in organization. No value for talent and very classic example of nepotism, few selected favorites. Waste of career for long term due silo and hidden conflicts within groups fostered by management, great policies only on paper.

Sudden hire and fire culture. You never know today will be last day despite of long tenure. You can not plan life in organisation.Totally insecure and lot of politics groupism, difficult for survival if you does. not belong to any group

As a beginner underwent thorough training.Seniors had always extended their support to enable me to excel in performance year after year.

Nothing except take home salary at all level was much less than what should have been paid.

Company is good but people lack of professionalism.

Worse thing is non professional people sitting at manager post mostly contributing to toxic culture. No manners to talk and no mutual respect makes very bad to survive

Company work culture is good, good people working in grassroot level and very helpful.

Worst Leadership team. Not having any leadership skills, giving unnecessary pressure towards subordinate. Flat organization structure. No promotion. Training and development is zero. Being R&D person, I am talking about R&D. This is 1st company I've seen where R&D gets least priority, no registration, no promotion, no skill advancement of people, no upgradation of R&D laboratory too.
