Dislikes

Not properly access the job before taking it. Must have properly plan to access the job. What will be the next issue should be access before going for it. Supervisor should involve in this process because they only know the actual objectives. Real time experience of Supervisor should be useful in this case. If the company wants to do better then the end work man should preform well.
