The work environment is toxic and unsupportive, with a high turnover rate of employees. The hotel policies are unclear and constantly changing, making it difficult to keep up with the expectations. The management does not value the employees and their efforts, leading to a demotivated workforce. The lack of proper training and guidance makes it challenging to perform tasks efficiently, leading to frequent mistakes and reprimands. Overall, the work-life experience at Pushpanjali Hotel has been extremely negative, and I would not recommend anyone to work there.

Worst place to work,in the name of brand exploiting people salary is of entry level and work is of Manager no growth nobody cares. Highly not recommended for work.

No growth no salary on time no benefits no basic facilities. Exploit 1 person to do many jobs in the name of brand . Regret working here not professional work place

...nagement is transparent.ther is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fairand they give good salary hike.

the atmosphere is very dull and recism is at the top of the sky managers would trying to impress the owner only behavior with gusest is rude no management system no improvement in skills and no chance of promotions and no other option to get rid of that

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 14- 18 hours Straight in a day as i have to attend client in the eveing and sometimes late into the night Managers Do Not Value the work they always Find a way to de-great the workers only
