The vice president of the company was recently caught in a fraud they did not even let him enter his cabin made in weight at the reception and told him to leave the office within a few hours this is the type of company I work for for so many years and even after that they have given me nothing the people of this company are not only insecure but jealous and bad at heart they have no consideration for employees who have spend their entire lives working for them after big big promises are made out of which non are fulfilled the piunes are used in cross functional things like going to the bosses house and cleaning is house as well as his offices as well has his other properties each and every employee is being exploited to the hardest core there is a sense and atmosphere of fear negative and violence the area sales manager is know less each and every person out there who has been in the company from more than 5 years is so insecure that they won't teach you anything won't let you learn anything and will eventually put you to a point of depression where you yourself will want to leave the job so save yourself some grace and never ever even think about applying to this company the managing director of this companies violent and mentally unstable the director of the company has left the company the vice president has left the company because he was involved in a scam the HR specification will talk nice things so you enroll without knowing how the companies they will go to a point of hiding things and once you join the company rules will be twisted according to them there are no equal rules for everyone and certain employees are given preference over other employees this company is a nightmare

There is nothing worth liking about the company the whole company is a scam from the vice president to the HR to the areas sales manager everyone in the office is into h******* politics dirty politics no growth opportunities no incentives no weekends off the managing director of the company and the director of the company are merciless ruthless and violent they have subjected me to mental torture the HR is as useless and hopeless as the rest of the people in the organisation there are big promises in the start but when it comes to work the whole management specially the vice president the areas sales manager and the directors are super in secure of new people and young people getting recruited and having a chance to prove themselves this company has only brought pain self doubt and lower my confidence I would highly recommend anyone everyone everyone to go to this company only if it's a matter of life and death or else do not even look towards this company

If someone's performance goes bad, then a needle is always ready on his neck, but no one sees how much hard work he did for so many years, they are only concerned about their profit

Here no one team works like a team and when someone is to be removed, planning is started to remove that person.

Everything is good, but in Bengaluru there man name called Mr. Vasudevan is acting like a owner of the company and he will not support for new joinee managers, and the wearhouse team also under his control, he don't care to anybody so indirectly MD is supporting to him.

There is lot of politics in the Bengaluru team. Because all are servicing nearly 10 years.
