If a guest doesn't pay, they will deduct the whole payment from your own salary instead of chasing the guest. Imagine getting paid only 18k, and got my salary deducted for many months and that too for something that I didn't do!

Likes

1.Working here makes you so strong as because of some terms and conditions of this hotel is very strict and have to follow up blindly in any situation.working under that term and condition and dealing with the guest , make them understand about it and make the things smooth is one of the best thing , I have learned here. 2. Incentives- we have here nice incentives scheme for the staff which gives us nice opportunity to make some handsome amount of earning apart of our salary. 3. Work coordination- I have almost finished more than two and half year here and i found the work coordinate among all the department is very Good which helps to serve the guest more comfortably and because of that we get lots of work appreciation from the guest.

Dislikes

Salary/appraisal- comparing than the other brand hotel , salary structure is Little low and appraisal terms is also same for the all staff whether someone is performing Good or bed , that doesn't impact to much on the appraisal which is not good at all. 2.politics - yes, like most of the organization , here do have politics as well towards the staff , like staff facility , salary increment, yearly promotion and because of that sometimes we feel very discouraged. 3. Lack of innovation- innovation is the biggest things for any organizations because it's improve the performance of the organization and staff too but here instead of doing some new changes in the term and condition , management prefer their old stuff.

I like Everything I was working as a industrial trainee there but i liked everything like people,place, work etc . I have learnt lots from there in my training . I have face only one issue of accommodation in starting because they don't provide accommodation to trainees and finding room isn't easy in Candolim, it's took almost a week to find a room and accommodation is expensive in Candolim goa.
