The top management owns the company. Terribly autocratic. If you are even sensed to be critical of them you'll be targeted. Brown nosing is more important than hardworking. All the employee friendliness is just fluff. You'll be on the edge even if you are doing the right thing. Especially if you are doing the right thing. Every one goes about insecure and putting up a fake face. And the most annoying part is the hypocrisy of being environment friendly and ethical. The cxos fly chartered planes and gas guzzling cars. They also do all the things on the back stage that they condemn on the stage and all their holier than thou attitude will get to you.

The company really lives by the philosphy of valuing its employees and their commitment beyond work life. The work culture is very transparent and very individual's opinion/suggestion is taken into consideration. The policies are extremely employee friendly.

I am very happy with the work life balance at the company. The wellbeing of the employees working here is given a lot of importance which I believe is one of the greatest motivational factors at the company.
