My experience with Fortrea was terrible. Management was pathetic. Including managers and upper management only follows US teams. Employees are feeling terrible.

The team is helping. In some of the projects, the management is good and supportive.

There are not much career opportunities to explore. The growth is slow. Also, the salary is decent,but doesn't justify the efforts that are put in.

The IT management is always trying to threaten employees in the name of termination. People getting terminated over a single call without any prior intimidation. Thankless behavior of management towards key employees.

Mentoring Programs are conducted to share knowledge and culture throughout the globe. Company is tie up with health insurance companies to provide health insurance to employees
