Work culture is great, no micromanagement , flexibility .

Dislikes

Salary hike is not great and does not move as per the inflation, no market adjustments, career progression is difficult to nil specific to management Category profile as it is all dependent on the current line manager and how much they can showcase him/her. Even lateral movement is difficult and usually profile is not considered. They r ready to take someone from outside and place 40% hike but am not sure the reason( may be internal politics) why they can't give chance to internal people who can stay back with immense enthusiasm and can impart trust /stability to the organization.

Very less salary as compared to the Market. Yearly hike is as well less. Employee Retention Policy is very bad. Its like you work for the department so much but in turn you dont get anything, No appreciations, No Promotion and No Salary Hike.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good

Growth is good but salary is low. Being an employee for almost 3 years in the same company I am really unsatisfied with the pay.

The IT management is always trying to threaten employees in the name of termination. People getting terminated over a single call without any prior intimidation. Thankless behavior of management towards key employees.

There is no much pressure at work. Leaves are approved as per our needs, Salary is credited on time. WFH family is available Team coordination is good. No Micro Management. Overtime is paid, if worked extra Salary hike every year Freedom to work at our own convenience. Appreciate the work if work is good. Conduct offline and online cultural and fun events. Conduct Knowledge Sharing sessions. There are Employees Resource Help Groups to help employees and their family in case of emergency. Mentoring Programs are conducted to share knowledge and culture throughout the globe. Company is tie up with health insurance companies to provide health insurance to employees

Dislikes

Have to wait for 1.8 years if in case, if we want to shift to another department
