Fortrea will give you good salary hike and permanent WFH.

My experience with Fortrea was terrible. Management was pathetic. Including managers and upper management only follows US teams. Employees are feeling terrible.

Good work-life balance. Work from home culture. Salary on time.

Dislikes

The IT management is always trying to threaten employees in the name of termination. People getting terminated over a single call without any prior intimidation. Thankless behavior of management towards key employees.

There is no much pressure at work. Leaves are approved as per our needs, Salary is credited on time. WFH family is available Team coordination is good. No Micro Management. Overtime is paid, if worked extra Salary hike every year Freedom to work at our own convenience. Appreciate the work if work is good. Conduct offline and online cultural and fun events. Conduct Knowledge Sharing sessions. There are Employees Resource Help Groups to help employees and their family in case of emergency. Mentoring Programs are conducted to share knowledge and culture throughout the globe. Company is tie up with health insurance companies to provide health insurance to employees

Have to wait for 1.8 years if in case, if we want to shift to another department

Salary is as per industry standards. Overall company culture is good. HR are Very helpful and reachable

It's not about company but the problem I ended was pathetic. Company doesn't have fix days for leave they give you all at once and it's upto you to utilise however my project restricted everything. Even.if you do extra hours they won't allow you to code, too many trackers, useless layer of roles. And doesn't matter if you planned in advance your manager will not support you for long leaves
