Didnt got support from managers & Management.Reduced our salary n also removed some Relationship manager from the company.Work culture is absolutely disgusting. Policies has been changed as per the management without information.

Dont have patience at all.Dont have cars to sell.didnt receive salary on time.Customers are paying there EMI before getting the delivery of car

Management dose not supporting to the staff under the COVID-19.So many staff terminated from the company without any intimation in this lockdown period & not given salary to the employees.

Company not providing the PF facilities, health insurance & free transport facilities etc.

For the beginners Fort Point is best in terms of learning and gaining knowledge about how corporate works and beside this great opportunity to increase technical skills as company has alomst brand cars in their fleet. Staffs are supportive.

Work pressure is very hectic and salary time is not punctual.

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't add our issues also salary is not good not getting incentives also career growth is down so overall review is 3rd class...
