They have a good working environment, being a small startup they communicate and overall provide a good environment to work in.

Dislikes

Salary is very low as compared to industry standards and they make unnecessary deductions , trust factor is poor . Not recommended for students as there is no policy for it whatsoever , exams are not taken care of and salary is deducted without any considerations.

The company has got an amazing work culture & it's one of the best in kolkata. Every month you will get on time salary , as an fresher it an nice place to start. The overall team members are also very good & supportive. As an designer point of view you will get fully creative freedom & try new things.

I joined Fortmindz on a really short notice and I would like to say that the company culture is amazing over here. Everyone is really welcoming and the work done is highly appreciated. The management team is also friendly and respects the needs of employees

Nothing as of now. Every workplace has some differences. But those didn't make me to unlike it cause issues are pretty much solvable.
