No slills development, no work life balance, no fixed timing of going home, wierd shift timings, very minimal leaves, no parking space, very bad hospital condition, rude and arrogant nursing staff, very very toxic department culture, the seniors alws talk sarcastically and in humiliating way, no person wants to work here despite offering double salary, the hospital is dependent on LOCUMS exclusively and many times even locums are not available so the DNB trainees do the needful.. the HOD sucks the blood out of the juniors..

They still need us. Bcz their is no proper man power.

..... Never appreciate for hard work. They see only their favorite person concerns. No extra hours salary, no free food for staff, extra work load. Poor team work. Miscommunications. Slow hospital management process. Mental health is jst hell... Everyone hav their own life issue. People judge u like if ur not smiling by seeing them it means ur rude. N if ur doing butter ing it means ur good. Then what abt the individual performance. Never ever asked staff are they comfortable or not with their colleague.

Nepotism as old employees work not like professionals they behave with eachother like brother sister mother father and for others not even like professionals.

Salary is not so good as compare to work.appraisal is dependent on the supervisor and the supervisor give good appraisal to their favorites.supervisor discriminate between their junior.never give appropriate training. Even one of the supervisor cheating with the patient..reported this to her senior but no action has been taken.
