Very bad disgusting hospital to work, they don't pay vendors payment material purchase, then this vendors keep calling us.. They took me as locum saying it as trainee post I am experience 5+ yrs giving me only 20 k and not paid me my salary till date today even after several mails and follow ups. This is unprofessional they think of their money and not about others. They ask an engineer to shift patient bed even hod which doesn't come under our job description they cannot provide house keeping staff

I am not happy 5yers working fortis but no salary increases no position level only 100rs and 200 rs salary increment annul .Hod also doing harrsestment (kalpana kalti) and my colleagues there r also working good old staff ko nikal diya Es kalpana kalti ne majboori hoti hey isleye hum job karte hey but management kuch response nahi karta complent karte hey to.as par my knowledge one person kalpana kalti Kay upaar kitne logo ne complent kiya raha hoga but still management kya kar raha hey.nothing ...??????

Teammates are good and supportive. HR people are excellent and very much helpful. There are lot of things to learn, but one has to have a nature of grasping. My Department people are really good and supportive.

...l Life . Job is bit unsecured as per me, because of Issues related to owners. Salary criteria is less compared to other Hospitals. Appraisals are too less, it's max 10% only. The Job desk is the worst, full of Mosquitoes and Files that its difficult to sit. I feel a doctor deserve a better place than this, not asking for Cabin, but a better and clean place. Over all ratings as per me: 3/5 (Average).

No slills development, no work life balance, no fixed timing of going home, wierd shift timings, very minimal leaves, no parking space, very bad hospital condition, rude and arrogant nursing staff, very very toxic department culture, the seniors alws talk sarcastically and in humiliating way, no person wants to work here despite offering double salary, the hospital is dependent on LOCUMS exclusively and many times even locums are not available so the DNB trainees do the needful.. the HOD sucks the blood out of the juniors..
