Mid level managers are worst, people who are working here for more than 10 years thinks that this place is their birth right and behaves accordingly. Very rude behaviour from some Managers.

Employee engagement and cultural program,training session with Sonali maam, on time salary and other facilities,all of the above that friendly environment what Fortis had even a fresher will never gonna feel that he or she has came to an office it's just a like a home I called Fortis as my second home

The worst work culture , daily late sitting in ofc, no overtime paid, very bad for employee. While working in fortis you can not give time to your family

I have learned many things from fortis hospits it was very good my salary was 15000 over there. i have got 4 month training of Billing from fortis hospital.

No slills development, no work life balance, no fixed timing of going home, wierd shift timings, very minimal leaves, no parking space, very bad hospital condition, rude and arrogant nursing staff, very very toxic department culture, the seniors alws talk sarcastically and in humiliating way, no person wants to work here despite offering double salary, the hospital is dependent on LOCUMS exclusively and many times even locums are not available so the DNB trainees do the needful.. the HOD sucks the blood out of the juniors..
